Admin Team - What is it?

We are organizing with volunteers, rather than appointed, "self-selected" or elected positions. The only exceptions are our facilitator and our treasurer, both requirements in order to apply for and use Indivisible's tools. Sharon Toji is the initial facilitator for this group and is the main contact with Indivisible. However, she wants to be part of a team of facilitators, now the only "decider."

The Admin Team is our "nuts and bolts" team. We need volunteers to handle meeting agendas,  events, programs and publicity. Other standing committees cover communications and social media. Membership and fundraising committees are needed.

We have just signed up for Zoom so most of the Administrative Team meetings do not have to be "in person" but can be through Zoom.  Zoom is a very easy way to hold a meeting. One host can lead the meeting, everyone who has a computer with a webcam and a microphone can be seen by everyone else, (or not -- as they wish), and can speak and enter chat notes for everyone to read.
